Hello people!
gentle reminder for all to wash your hands, etc and all.
your ASL has been quarantined, ( -_____________- ) so yah, Take utmost care!
drink plenty of water and go see a doctor if you develop a fever, or any other symptoms of H1N1 for that matter.
Oh plus, FYI, there is 1 confirmed case of H1N1 in the school already.
So avoid large gatherings and do not loiter outside/ in the school unless you want to have a higher risk of contracting the virus. ( DONT DO THAT )
drink plenty or water, eat lots of fruits, HAVE A BALANCED MEAL!

Eat lesser fried stuffs and whatnots, eat more fruits and veggies!
eat vitamins too to keep your body strong and to block out viruses!
